Ditas Hunt | Certified Residential Appraiser
Ditas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from the University of California, San Diego.  She has been appraising residential properties in the Portland and Salem metropolitan areas since 1989. She is a member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers; the Portland Metro Association of Realtors; and is an FHA approved appraiser.  With years of experience and education, Ditas appraises a range of residential properties within her service area; and performs desk and field reviews.  Ditas strives daily to provide excellent customer service; to stay informed on current market trends; and to deliver accurate appraisal reports.

Geoffrey C Teo | Certified Residential Appraiser  
Geoffrey is a certified residential appraiser that has been a resident of SE Portland for over 10 years  Geoffrey continued his education in the same town he grew up in by  attending Loyola Marymount University (LMU) where he majored in Political Science and was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.  He has worked throughout the Portland Metro Tri-County area in both urban, suburban, and rural settings.  He performs appraisals for both residential and small income (1-4 Units) properties and is FHA approved.  He maintains a strong work ethic, enjoys weekend appraisal inspections, and is always looking forward to the next challenge. 

Ashley McGrain | Certified Residential Appraiser

Ashley is a Certified Residential Appraiser that was born and raised in Southern California although has resided & worked the Portland Metro Real Estate market area for over 10 years. Ashley received her Bachelors Degree at Humboldt State University, where she also played volleyball on scholarship.  Ashley began her appraisal career by working with an appraisal management company before spending two years with an SRA and eventually a certified appraiser well versed throughout the greater Portland Metro area. She is a member of Portland Metro Association of Realtors and is an FHA approved appraiser.  Ashley has experienced in a multitude of property types including acreage, multi-family, high-end, manufactured, and single family homes.  Ashley strives for great customer services, always has a positive attitude and has a knack for delivering on time!

Zachary Kirk | Certified Residential Appraiser

Zach was born and raised in Salem, graduating from Western Oregon University in 2012 obtaining a degree in Philosophy with a Technical Writing background. He joined Trusted Valuation Solutions in 2017, and is FHA approved. His experience as a restaurant manager has prepared him to communicate effectively, timely and professionally in order to create the greatest success.  Zach is a Certified Residential Appraiser with experience in single family, multi-family, manufactured and acreage properties in rural areas in a multi-county zone stretching from areas in the southern portion of Portland to Salem & beyond to include Corvallis.  His work ethic drives his abilities to meet deadlines. 

Tyler McNicholas | Certified Residential Appraiser

Tyler was born and raised in Beaverton and holds a Bachelor's Degree from Western Oregon University.  In his free time he enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, and all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.  Tyler is a Certified Residential Appraiser with experience throughout the Portland Metro area including Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington, Yamhill and Marion Counties.  He received his training under Dawn O'Leary, SRA and has experience in an array of complex assignments including high-end and large acreage properties.  Tyler appraises a range of residential properties within his service area and is a member of the Portland Metro Association of Realtors and is FHA approved.  He prides himself on delivering high quality work and is always looking to expand his knowledge of the real estate market.

Dominic Blatner | Certified Residential Appraiser

Dominic was born and raised in Forest Grove and has a Bachelor's Degree from Portland State University.  Dominic is dual licensed in Oregon & Washington and is well experienced with Conventional, Private, FHA and USDA appraisals.  Dominic performs simple and complex assignments From Salem to Portland and beyond throughout Clark County WA.  Dominic enjoys spending time with his wife and puppies and is passionate about real estate.

Kelly Kindrick | Certified Residential Appraiser
 

Kelly grew up in the Portland Area and has lived here his whole life. After graduating from Tualatin High School, he went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree from Portland State University. After working in law enforcement and information technology, Kelly changed careers and became a Certified Residential Appraiser, where his communication, problem solving and technology skills help him deliver on time with excellent customer service. Kelly specializes in single family homes, including condominiums, and services Washington, Multnomah and Clackamas counties. When he is not working, Kelly enjoys exploring the trails of Western, Central and Eastern Oregon on foot, skis or ATV.
